Why does it look different on another phone?
Emoji are Unicode text sequences. Your operating system, font and app decide how to draw them. Copying an “iPhone emoji” does not transfer Apple’s artwork or force another device to use the same appearance.
Some emoji contain a variation selector or a zero-width joiner, such as 😶🌫️. The buttons keep the whole sequence together. This is a curated selection of common emoji, not a complete list of every Unicode emoji or skin-tone variant.
